Who knew an old-world edible could inspire such a chic accessory? The artisans who created the Peanut Large Vase, of course! This complex beige vase has multi-layered ornamentations that make it so painstaking to create. First, there is the fluted shape of the vase's body; then there is the bumpy patterning applied in large and small shapes to mimic the streaks in a peanut shell. The ivory glaze on the ceramic is applied so that the natural color of the material shows in places for even more texture.
